Goals

What is the point of shooting if there is no target to aim at?  So I have setup some goals for myself to become financial independent. And this blog is my written account of this journey.

I set new goals at the beginning of each year and update them whenever these goals are achieved. So I will update this page periodically as new goals become present and old goals are attained.

2017 Goals

  • Receive € 3,100 in dividends during the year of 2017.
  • Save 40% of my net income in 2017, averaged monthly.
  • Invest a total of € 7,000 new cash.
  • Write a least 100 post on www.Polliesdividend.com!
  • Take at least webinar or read 2 book every quarter.

2016 Goals

  • Receive € 2,350 in dividends during the year of 2016.Achieved!
  • Save 40% of my net income in 2016, averaged monthly.Achieved!
  • Invest a total of € 6,000 new cash.Achieved!
  • Write a least 100 post on Polliesdividend!Failed!
  • Take at least webinar or read 1 book every quarter.Achieved!

2015 Goals

  • Receive € 1,750 in dividends during the year of 2015. Achieved!
  • Save 40% of my net income in 2015, averaged monthly. Achieved!
  • Invest a total of € 5,000 new cash. Achieved!
  • Write a least 50 post on Polliesdividend! Achieved!
  • Take at least 1 finance related course or webinar. Achieved!

2014 Goals

  • Receive € 1,200 in dividends during the year of 2014. Failed!
  • Save 25% of my net income in 2014, averaged monthly. Achieved!
  • At least € 15,000 in my saving account at the end of 2014 Achieved!
  • Invest a total of € 1.500 in new stocks. Achieved!

      Hello DD,
      At this moment I don’t have a overall plan (including goals) laid out for the coming 15 years.
      I’m working on it. Do you have any good idea’s which can help?
