It is time for the month’s nicest post. It is time to summarize my dividend income from the past month. In total I received € 31.98 in passive income.
If we take a closer look, the dividend was coming from Realty Income (O) € 5.90, from American Realty capital prop. (ARCP) € 5.37 and from one of my mixed funds € 20.71.
That makes a total of € 31.98. This is a nice increase from last years august. I’m proud of this increase of passive income. This helps my Freedom Fund grow! (O Yessssss)

In 2014 I received a total in passive income of € 653.38
Next week I post my update of my Freedom Fund.
Note:
Because all figures I give are in Euro’s. Because the exchange rates is not constant (duh…) my passive income changes per month (even if the dividend stays the same). For the record: I only post my passive income from dividend the month I received it on my brokers account. And it is after taxes.
Cheers,
Pollie
Congrats on the passive income, Pollie. Keep at it and the dividends will keep rising.
Best wishes

Hello R2R,
Thanks for your reaction.
I just started my journey (after rearranging my portfolio to a DGI-portfolio). So I hope a lot of great months will follow.
Cheers,
Pollie
Yay Pollie! It’s nice that O and ARCP pay dividends monthly. I automatically reinvest the dividends from both, and they are compounding nicely. Do you DRIP?
Hello Keith,
Thanks for stopping by.
Monthly dividend are nice. For both stocks I don’t have a drip installed. I don’t know if it is possible for non-us citizen. With the dividend I buy new stocks from my watchlist. So yah, i reinvest my dividend but not always in the same stock.
My biggest investment (Unilever) gives stockdividend, which i use 😉
Cheers,
Pollie
Pollie,
Nice work! Very impressive and seems like you are building up your dividend income quite nicely. You are well on your way to your goals, I am very excited for you. Keep at it and we will all get there together, thank you for sharing! I also own O and Bert owns ARCP, so I’m digging us sharing ownership! Talk soon.

Certainly can’t complain about a 14 Euro increase in dividends year-over-year. Looks like you will have no problem surpassing last years dividend total.
Hello W2R,
Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to write a comment.
I agree with you that I’ll not have a problem surpassing my last years dividend. If i’m counting my future dividend, my year total will be around € 1,050.- And that will be great.
However I set my self a goal of € 1,250.-. So there is still a lot of work to do!
as I wrote on my blog in 2014 i started to rearrange my portfolio, so It will be difficult to surpass my goal. But I’ll try.
Cheers,
Pollie
