What did November bring

Another month has passed. The market was going up. Because of the oil prices were going down, oil and oil related and bought some Billiton PLC ADR (BBL). See my blogpost. A new month means also time to summarize my dividend income from the past month. In total I received € 51.54 in passive income.

If we take a closer look, the dividend was coming from:

  • AT&T (T) € 18.81
  • Realty Income (O) € 6.25
  • American Realty Capital Prop. (ARCP) € 5.68
  • Mixed funds € 20.71

That makes a total of € 51.54. This is a decrease from last years November. This because in the summer of 2014, I rearranged my portfolio. And sold a mixed fund which paid dividend in November. Next year I hope to have an increase in dividend in November.

In 2014 I received a total in passive income of € 906.15

If we take a look at my Vrijheid Fonds (Freedom Fund), you can see that I bought 30 stocks of Billiton. At this moment most of the stocks are, in my opinion, (again) overvalued, except the oil stocks.

My total portfolio value at the end of November is $48,501, which is an increase of 3.3% over last month October (€ 46,963). Most of the gain came due to stock prices and a slightly stronger Dollar against the Euro.

Again this month I made a nice step in my journey.

Thanks for reading!

Because all figures I give are in Euro’s. Because the exchange rates is not constant (duh…) my passive income changes per month (even if the dividend stays the same). For the record: I only post my passive income from dividend the month I received it on my brokers account. And it is after taxes.

Solid, solid – we both own O and ATT – not too bad and definitely high yielders at that! It’s okay about the decrease year over year – your rearrangement was for reasons that will bring you a consistently increasing dividend income stream – you will blow it out of the water come November 2015! Congratulations and thank you for posting!
