A dividend increase by Johnson & Johnson
This week Johnson & Johnson announced a 7.1% increase in its quarterly dividend. The dividend is raised from $0.84 to $0.90. The dividend pay date is June 12, 2018 to shareholders of record on May 29, 2018 (ex dividend May 25, 2018).

The new dividend amount represents an annualized dividend amount of $3.60 per share, up from $3.36. The dividend yield on current price is 2.82%.
My Vrijheid Fonds consist of 45 shares of JNJ and with this 7.1% increase it will add €5.68 ($6.89) after taxes, to my projected dividend income for 2018.
In 2018 Johnson & Johnson will pay me approx. €111 dividend after taxes.
This is the 17th dividend increase for my Vrijheid Fonds in 2018. I love it!
