A new buy for my Vrijheid Fonds – 3M Company
This month we saw a nice dip in the market. And I opened an account by a new broker and put some money on this account. And for the one who knows me, I’ll rather be on time in the market, then timing the market. So I couldn’t resist to pull my buy trigger. I averaged down one of the Dividend Aristocrats I own.
Last week I made my second buy in 2019 for my Vrijheid Fonds.
Last year I did an analysis of 3M. If you haven’t read my analysis, please take a look at this post about 3M Company (MMM) Stock Analysis Pollie Style – 2018.
This week I bought 6 additional shares of MMM at $173.10 per share (incl. fees).
With this buyI added almost €20 (after taxes) of projected dividend to my Vrijheid Fonds. Now I own 21 shares of 3M and this position produces € 85 ($95) after taxes in dividend income annually.
Again a small step in my journey and one-step closer to my goal. Has anyone else invested in this company recently? I greatly appreciate any feedback, so don’t be shy and leave a comment.
