Welcome to my April 2018 edition of the side hustle report.
To fuel my Vrijheid Fonds, I donate every month a part of my pay check. However to reach financial independence earlier I do some side hustles to make some extra income. And every month I write an income report of all my side hustles. I do this to track my income and to motivate myself (and hopefully also others) to make more money to invest.
For these reports it is important to understand that not all side hustles pay out immediately, therefore the numbers I present here are the accumulated revenues that hasn’t been paid out yet, but are in my various accounts. When I actually get paid, it is explicitly stated.
These side hustle income reports, in my opinion, provide a great look at how anyone can earn extra money outside of their day job.
With that said, let’s take a look how I did in April 2018.
As my frequent readers know, at this moment I have five side-hustles going on to help me generate cash for my Vrijheid Fonds. In this post I will report my accumulated revenues for all five side-hustles.
If we take a look at my income from Google AdSense that I have accumulated in last month, you can see that I had a good month. It is unfortunately lower than March and way lower than my record month of February.
drumroll please… With the € 7.43 of last month, I have reached the payout threshold of € 70. This means that I will be paid out at the end of this month! Yeah, party time, this will be my first income I made with Polliesdividend.com. Man I’m proud. I hope I can keep up these numbers and I have learned over the last few months that most money is generated by visitors that look at the ads that are displayed on my site and clicking on them. So I hope visitors will start clicking more 😉 .
The accumulated revenues in my Google AdSense account are € 70.70
Bol.com & Amazon.com
In April I had no revenues from Bol.com And Amazon.com. This means that my Amazon account is still standing at $0.08. And my Bol.com is stands on € 4.26.
Euroclix is the longest running savings program in The Netherlands. With this program you can earn money by reading emails, participating in surveys, buying stuff on the Internet and using their Credit Card. For my Dutch readers I wrote a post about Euroclix. If you haven’t read it already, take a look at: A post for my Dutch Readers: Waarom gebruik ik Euroclix als “bijbaantje”?
Yeah, I know that Euroclix won’t to earn me a full income. I just see it as some nice extra cash I can earn with a little bit of effort. I estimate that I can earn around 70 euros a year.
If you’re Dutch and also want to earn a little bit of extra cash, sign up with Euroclix, it is free. You will receive a registration bonus of 2 euros immediately upon registration. Have fun and success with earning some extra cash!
Euroclix gives you points (clix) for every survey you fill in; furthermore you earn clix by ordering stuff (books, electronics, hotel bookings, etc.) on the Internet and when you use their Credit Card.
In the table below I will show the number of clix I earned in a month.
|Clix from 2017||1,328|
This means that for this side hustle I also have reached the threshold (of 5.000 clix). And I have ordered Euroclix to pay out and I will receive € 70. I’m very excited.
If you also want to earn some extra cash, just try Euroclix and sign in.
There was no member’s board meeting in April. So I didn’t make some extra income here.
You can’t have a million-dollar dream with a minimum-wage work ethic.
April was a good month; I have reached the threshold for two side hustles! This means that I will be paid out for both these side hustles in this month (May).
My Google AdSense account has reached the payout threshold. And I will receive my first money from them in the end of May. Furthermore Euroclix will be paying me €70 because I have now more than 5,000 clix.
These payouts our not huge, but is a start and I love it. No that is too mild; I’m ecstatic!
I appreciate all of you who take the time to read my updates and follow along my slow and steady journey to financial freedom.
Do you have suggestions on how to improve my online income? Do you have any book suggestions about this topic?
